Rotary's New "Future Leader Scholarship"

The Rotary Club of Gisborne West has created a $2000 scholarship to reward and recognise a young person in Tairawhiti who is achieving within his/her sport through national, regional or international representation. Applications close 30 April annually and the successful applicant will be recognised at the Logans Sporting Excellence Awards held in July. Click here for more information and the application form.

Rotary's New "Outward Bound Scholarship"

The Rotary Club of Gisborne West has created an annual scholarship fund to reward one or two young people of the East Coast Region. The scholarship fund is set at $5000 per year, subject to club reserves remaining at a sustainable level. It is intended that up to two people get to experience Outward Bound, one through this fund and the other through a J R McKenzie Scholarship or a combination of both. Click here for more information and the application form.
